Please allow 3 days for us to craft your order after your order is placed via our website. Most items are made fresh to order. You will receive an email with the shipping details of your products including a tracking number (Tracking number is only for USPS Priority Mail Shipping).
Due to the nature of our products for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges
Much effort goes into crafting and then packaging your items. Thanks for understanding our policy on order cancellations.
These are some common sense points to note:

- Almost all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A single lip balm or cuticle balm won't, however.
- Spend $60 or more and you will get Free Shipping - No coupon code needed for that
- At this time, we don't offer international shipment.

- We suggest you try our 2 oz. size whipped body butter if you are unsure of scent before purchasing a larger size
- We suggest you purchase a sample when available

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our products are wrapped well, in paper cushioning. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please notify us via mizmagickal@gmail.com promptly within 5 days of you receiving your order and alerting us of the problem.
- Body Butters melt in hot temperatures, therefore, to limit this from occurring we do not ship body butter from May 15 through mid September each year.
- Miz Magickal is not responsible for extreme temperatures once we send out your package. There is no control over postal service facilities, trucks or your porch or mailbox.

- All cancellations must occur within 24 hours from the date the order was placed. Please be sure to email: mizmagickal@gmail.com NOT Instagram or Facebook.

- While our products are non-toxic please keep all products out of the reach of small children and pets
- While our products are non-toxic, please DO NOT apply our products if you have known allergies to any of our ingredients
- Items are best kept in a cool, dry location away from water
- You understand the appropriate storage and use of the products
- To carefully inspect your order upon arrival
- You will not hold Miz Magickal® liable for any problems that could arise from your improper storage and use of our products especially if you have known allergies to any of the ingredients contained in our products.
